What is TIDE?
TIDE is a cloud-based subscription service that connects to eCommerce, marketplace, POS, and accounting platforms. TIDE sits between systems and transforms data into the target format, applying business rules along the way:
- routing data to a specific location for fulfilment
- picking up additional information such as customer notes and tags and creating notes in the destination system to enhance reporting
- conditionally setting the status of an order depending on whether it is in stock, or what the payment status
